Terms of Service
These terms are between you and SHAPETED LLC, which operates Mixx Intelligence. Using Mixx Intelligence means you accept them.
Your music stays yours
You keep every right in the music you import and in the mixes you make. We claim no ownership of your library, your edits or your output, and we do not upload your audio. What you do with a finished mix is between you and whoever owns the recordings in it.
Your licence to use Mixx Intelligence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Mixx Intelligence on computers you own or control, for as long as your plan is active. You may not resell it, rent it, share your account, or attempt to extract, decompile or reverse-engineer the software.
Plans, billing and cancelling
- Every account starts with a 14-day trial of everything, with no card required.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
- We may change prices. Existing subscribers get notice by email before a change affects them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mixx Intelligence to infringe anyone's copyright, to break the law, or to distribute material you have no right to distribute. Do not attempt to bypass licensing, interfere with our servers, or use the service in a way that degrades it for other people.
Availability
Mixx Intelligence runs on your own machine and keeps working whether or not our servers do. Some parts — signing in, subscriptions, anything that talks to us — need our service to be up, and we do not promise it will be up all the time. We will not deliberately disable software you have paid for.
The software is provided as it is
Mixx Intelligence is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Mixx Intelligence is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or lost recordings — keep your own backups of anything you care about.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Mixx Intelligence at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell existing subscribers by email. Continuing to use Mixx Intelligence after that means the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
